A 90-minute async problem set. We send it; you solve it on your own time within 48h. No whiteboarding, no trick questions.

Research conversation
60 minutes with Anderson and one current researcher. We argue about your research direction. This is the main signal.

Offer
We move in days, not weeks. Full-time roles include competitive salary + meaningful equity. Residencies are paid at market research rates.
